How to Withdraw Your Winnings

It's easy to withdraw your winnings. Just follow the steps outlined in the sections below, pick your preferred withdrawal method from our available options and you'll be reaping the rewards of your successful game-play! Our Process

We process withdrawal requests within five business days of the date of the request. For security reasons, the maximum amount possible is credited first to your credit card. The remainder is credited via your option of choice. Please continue reading for important information regarding credit card withdrawals.

Requested - The withdrawal request is being verified (it is possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
External Processing - The withdrawal request is being processed (it is not possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
Approved - The withdrawal request has been approved and settled (it is not possible to cancel the withdrawal request).
Dispatch Times - The period that passes from the time that the withdrawal request has been approved until the time that the requested sum is settled in your bank, credit card or e-wallet account.

How to Make your Request

  • Start the Casino software.
  • Enter your username and password in the Login screen and select the Play for Money option.
  • Once you're in the Lobby, click on the Cashier button on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • A new window will open. Click on Withdraw.
  • Select your preferred withdrawal method.
  • Enter your desired sum and click on the Submit button.
* Please note that winnings of over $2,500 may be limited to a payout rate of $2,500 per month.
** In specific circumstances the Casino reserves the right to enforce withdrawal payouts by an alternative payment method other than the option chosen and enforce customized individual payment plans.

How to Cancel your Request

You can cancel your withdrawal within five days of the request, provided that its status is still marked Requested. Once it's marked In Process or Approved, you will not be able to cancel it.

Just follow the steps below to cancel your withdrawal:

  • Start the Casino software.
  • Enter your username and password in the Login screen and select the Play for Money option.
  • Once you're in the Lobby, click on the Cashier button on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • A new window will open. Click on Money Transactions History.
  • Use the search function at the top of the screen to produce a list of your withdrawal requests.
  • In the Status field of the request you'd like to cancel, click on the Cancel Withdrawal button.
  • Your request will be cancelled, the status will be changed and the money will be returned to your Casino account.
