This can be caused either by not taking any actions in the Casino for 10 minutes or more or by having a slow Internet connection. If you receive this message, simply try to reconnect to the Casino.
I don't see the Casino icon on my desktop. How can I find it?
If you cannot find the Casino icon on your desktop, simply follow these steps:

Click on Start at the bottom left corner of your computer screen.

Choose Find or Search and then choose Files or folders or For files or folders.

You will see a text box entitled Name or Search for files for folders named. In this box, type BeTheDealer Casino and click on Find now or Search now. This will start the search for BeTheDealer Casino.exe
file.

If the search returns a file called BeTheDealer Casino.exe
, then the software was found. Double click on the file in order to run the Casino software.

If the search ends without producing any results, then the file is not present on the hard disk. If you have other drives configured on your hard disk (such as d: or other drives) you can repeat the search in each of the other drives. If you still don't find the file, simply click here to re-download the software.
I received the message "Username or Password incorrect". What is wrong?
Your username and password are case sensitive so please first make sure that your CAPS LOCK function is not on. If it is, you will see a green light next to the capital letter A in the corner of your keyboard.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you may request the information by sending an e-mail to . What is the difference between playing against a Human Dealer and playing against a System Dealer?
Our Casino offers the unique option of playing against either a Human Dealer or a System Dealer. A Human Dealer is a player who has accumulated enough Dealer Points and has enough money in his/her balance to withstand the Player's maximum winnings in a given round, according to the game's limits.
A System Dealer is a computer that serves as the Casino's automatic dealer. To ensure that the performance of the System Dealer is truly random, the Casino uses the Lehmer Random Number Generator (RNG).
Can I play as the Dealer in Fun Mode?
Yes. When you do so, you will be playing against other Fun players and using Fun Dealer Points. You will not lose any Real Dealer Points when playing in Fun Mode and likewise, you may not use your Fun Dealer Points to play as the Dealer in Real Money Mode.
How can I chat with the person I'm playing with?
You can chat with another player by clicking on the
Chat button on the bottom left-hand side of the game screen. Chat is available in Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Poker, War and Baccarat. The chat box is divided into two sections - in the upper section you can read the messages sent to you and in the lower section you can type in your messages. What happens if I am suddenly disconnected from the Casino?
Communication problems over the Internet may cause sudden disconnections. Our software has been designed to cope with these disconnections and protect you from unjustified losses. Please continue reading for specific information on games and roles.

Playing as the Dealer
If you are playing any game as the Dealer and a disconnection occurs after you have clicked the
Approve button, the play will continue until the Player has finished his turn. This will have no effect on the Dealer.
Playing as the Player
For all games, if the disconnection occurs
before you finalize your play (i.e. before you press
Spin, Deal or
Deal/Draw), the money will be returned to your balance.
If the disconnection occurs
after you finalize your play, the software will react depending on the game. In all cases, your balance will be properly adjusted.
Blackjack
- If the disconnection occurs after you have placed your bet and your cards equal 12 or more, the round will continue as if you had decided to stand.
- If the disconnection occurs after you have placed your bet and your cards equal 11 or less, the round will continue as if you had decided to hit. You will be dealt cards until you reach 12 or more, at which point the round will continue as if you had decided to stand.
- If the disconnection occurs after you have decided to split, all split hands will be treated according to the rules above.
Roulette
The round will continue.
Slot Machines
The round will continue.
Pai Gow Poker
The round will continue as if you had decided to split your hand according to the house way.
Caribbean Poker
The round will continue as if you had decided to fold.
War
If the disconnection occurs after you click Deal, the round will continue and your balance will be adjusted accordingly in case of a win or loss. In case of a tie, the round will continue as if you had decided to fold.
Baccarat
The round will continue until the end. This will have no negative effect on you as you do not make any decisions after the cards have been dealt.
I received a System Message saying "Time Out" and was subsequently kicked out of my table. Why did that happen?
In order to keep the game fluid at our public tables, we have set time limits for placing bets and making decisions. You can see how much time you have left by referring to the timer in the lower right-hand corner of the game screen. If you do not place a bet before the timer runs out, you will exit the game and must re-enter to resume play. If you place a bet but do not make a decision before the timer runs out, the bet will be returned to your balance and you will exit the game. The time limits for each game are as follows:
- Blackjack - 45 seconds
- Roulette - 50 seconds
- Slot Machines - 30 seconds
- Video Poker - 40 seconds
- Pai Gow Poker - 45 seconds
- Caribbean Poker - 45 seconds
- War - 45 seconds
- Baccarat - 45 seconds
I've placed my bet and I'm not happy with it. How can I modify it?
If you are playing Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Poker, War or Baccarat, you may lower your bet by removing chips from the chip tower in the center of the table. You can do this by left-clicking your mouse while your cursor is placed on the chip tower. You can increase your bet by clicking on the game chips ($1, $5, $25 or $100) at the bottom of your screen.
If you are playing Video Poker, you can click
Cash Out to return any credits or bets you have in the machine to your balance. You must do this before clicking
Deal/Draw. Please note that Bet Max is an automatic action that cannot be modified.
If you are playing Slots, you can increase or decrease the amount that you are wagering for each line in the machine by clicking on the
plus/minus function at the bottom of the game screen. Your total bet will appear in the Bet field to the right of the plus/minus sign. You can also change your bet by clicking on the
Bet One button. You must do this before clicking
Spin. Please note that Bet Max is an automatic action that cannot be modified.
I ran out of Fun Money. How can I get more?
You automatically receive additional Fun Money whenever your Fun Balance drops below $100. You will need to leave the room you're currently in and go back to the Lobby. When you enter a room again you will see your updated Fun Balance.
