The First Deposit Bonus is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). This will be determined on the basis of one, all, or any combination of the following: name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, name on credit/charge card, credit/charge card number, and any other form of identification which may be required.

If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposit(s) to the account, all winnings in that account will be VOID. By claiming this promotion, Roulette, Baccarat, and Dealer Play can be played but will not count towards fulfilling your wagering requirement. They are excluded from this promotion. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games.

Bets placed on Blackjack, Videopoker and Slot Machines contribute one third of their original value towards wagering requirements. In other words, the sum of the bets placed on these games is divided by three when calculating wagering.

If you wish to withdraw before fulfilling the wagering requirement, you will be advised by the Cashier system that you have not met the wagering conditions and that the withdrawal will be automatically re-deposited into your casino account. If you still wish to proceed with a withdrawal, the original bonus amount and any winnings will be deducted from your withdrawal request and the casino will return the balance of the funds.
